About Sofia:
Sofia is a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years in the field.
Her wide range of training/experience includes:
-Working with Physical therapist and chiropractors
-Providing massage services during sporting events
-Injury treatment and prevention
- Prenatal and infant massage
In addition to Swedish and treatment focused bodywork, Sofia incorporates Eastern style modalities as well. Modalities like Reflexology, Shiatsu, Hawaiian "Lomi-Lomi" And Manual Lymphatic Drainage. From the wind-surfers of Maui to the Portland Marathon to Mother's in Labor, Sofia's career has provided her with increased compassion, wisdom and a practical openhearted approach to massage. Sofia grew up in Portland and was raised by Greek parents. In her spare time, she loves hiking, gardening and ethnic cooking.

April Rosenberg (she/her) draws upon her lived experience and clinical expertise to effectively use Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, Rogerian, Somatic, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing techniques and therapies to guide clients to real-world lasting life changes. Learn more about April here.
Adrien Wolmark, PhD, LCSW
Specialties: Affirming care for LGBTQIA+ communities; trauma including religious and spiritual challenges; Identity development; Adults, teens, couples and relationship therapy
Dr. Adrien Wolmark (they/them) is a seasoned clinical social worker with more than thirty years of experience supporting clients through trauma, identity development, and systemic challenges to emotional well-being.
