Have you heard about the Hineni tool? The Jewish Association for Death Education (JADE) is launching a unique, interactive, web-based tool that gives users a simple, ergonomic, and fast way to get information about Jewish death practices. 

Please join JADE’s Portland-Based Death Educator, Rachel Crawford at the EJC on Thursday, May 30th at 4:30pm PST for an in-person viewing party of this national Zoom event.

The virtual event will feature Lisa Grant, Elissa Felder, and Dan Fendel, who will talk about how they will use this tool and how it can be used for yourself and in your community. Our launch will include a short demo of the tool led by Rick Light. At the Portland event, we will watch the national Zoom presentation together and afterward there will be an intimate in-person discussion about how this new resource will benefit our community in Portland.
