EJC is very excited to have Mushka Wilhelm along with her husband Rabbi Chaim WIlhelm from Chabad of Northeast Portland to have a Model Matzah Bakery! What's that? The model matzah bakery is usually done before Pesach to show children how matzah is made from the process of growing the wheat and making the flour. The children will be able to watch with a hands on demonstration from Rabbi Wilhelm and then each have a turn to make their own matzah! For kids 4-12. Suggested Donation: $5-$8, includes materials.
