Community members 60+: Join JFCS May 19 at 3pm for our May Senior Social Hour, a yoga class where you can move, breathe, and connect in community. Enjoy gentle, guided movement designed to support strength, flexibility, and relaxation—no experience needed. We’ll offer options for every body, including chair-based movements and modifications for those who prefer not to get on the floor.
