About Broadway Musicals: A Jewish Legacy

The film (originally aired on BBC in 2013 and PBS in the U.S.), highlights how Jewish artists transformed Broadway into a distinctly American art form, drawing on cultural experiences and traditions to tell stories of outsiders and community, as seen in shows from Porgy and Bess to Fiddler on the Roof.
