About Marc Blattner
Marc has served as the President and CEO of the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland for the past 15 years and been in the Jewish Federation field for over 31 years. Previously, he served as the Chief Resource Development and Strategy Officer at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, the Chief Operating Officer for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and the Vice-President for Campaign at THE ASSOCIATED: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore.
Marc attended Emory University where he received a B.A. in Near Eastern Studies and a B.A. in Judaic Studies. He then went to Baltimore and was a student in the Baltimore Institute for Jewish Communal service. Marc graduated in 1994 with a MSW from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and a M.A. in Jewish Studies from Baltimore Hebrew University.
Marc is married to his wife, Sarah and has two children, Aliyah and Shai. Marc enjoys watching way too much TV, exercising, and is a voter for the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame.
